Add a question to the quality checklist in a program

Once you create a checklist in an event, you must add questions to it.

Procedure

1. Open the program and click the Events tab.

2. Open the required event and click the Quality tab.

3. Select the checklist to which you want to add the questions.

4. In the Questions tab, click Add .

5. In the Add panel, select Checklist Question from the Type menu and specify the required properties.

6. Click Add.

The question is added to the checklist. If you want to add more questions, repeat steps 4 through 6.

You can now assign the quality checklist to the responsible user and they can answer the questions in the quality checklist in the a program.
