Create a new version of a released quality checklist
You can create a new version of a quality checklist.
Prerequisites
The quality checklist must be released.
Procedure
- In the Launcher , click the Quality Master Data.
If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.
Click the Checklists tab.
Select a released quality checklist.
Choose More Commands
click New > Revise .
In the Revise panel, under PROPERTIES, select the Active check box to create an active checklist.
In the Version Information box, specify any additional information about the version.
Specify the required properties in Advanced Copy Options, or retain the default values.
Select the Open New Revision to open the newly created version as soon as you create it.
Click Save.
The History tab shows the version information and other details of the quality checklist.
