Review the identified quality actions

During the follow-up phase, the users responsible are assigned quality actions to address the audit findings. After the users perform the required actions to address the audit findings and respond to the quality actions, the lead auditor reviews these actions and their status to ensure that the issues are fixed. You can set individual workflows to approve or reject actions between the auditor and the auditee.

If an issue related to an audit finding is not fixed, the lead auditor can create and assign new quality actions.

Procedure

1. Open the quality audit object and click the Findings tab.

2. In the Findings section, select the quality issue for which you want to create the quality action.

3. Click Add to and select the required type of quality action.

4. Specify the required properties.

5. Click Add.
