Add Problem Solving processes to the checklist

You can add Problem Solving processes to systematically investigate and analyze issues identified in your quality checklist.

In this procedure, we have assumed that the quality checklist is added to an event.

Procedure

1. Open the program and click the Events tab.

2. Open the event, click the Quality tab.

3. Select the required checklist and click the Quality tab.

4. Choose More Commands > New > Create Change .

5. In the Create Change panel, select Problem Solving from the list.

6. Specify the required properties, and click Create and Submit.

The Problem Solving process is added to the quality checklist.
