Enable publishing and transferring ownership of checklists and checklist questions to other sites

To share checklists and checklist questions to other site in a Multi-Site Collaboration network, you must enable them for publishing and transferring ownership.

Procedure

1. In the Launcher , click Preferences.

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

2. To enable publishing the quality checklist, program checklist, or checklist questions, do the following:

In the Search box, type TC_publishable_classes and select it.

Click Edit .

Specify the following values for the quality objects that you want to publish.

To enable a quality checklist, specify the value as Apm0QualityChecklist.

To enable a program checklist, specify the value as Psi0Checklist.

To enable a program checklist question, specify the value as Psi0ChecklistQuestion.

Click Save Edits .

3. To enable transferring ownership of the quality checklist, program checklist, or checklist questions, do the following:

In the Search box, type TC_directly_transferable_classes and select it.

Click Edit .

Specify the following values for the quality objects that you want to transfer.

To enable a quality checklist, specify the value as Apm0QualityChecklist.

To enable a program checklist, specify the value as Psi0Checklist.

To enable a program checklist question, specify the value as Psi0ChecklistQuestion.

Click Save Edits .
