Approve the quality audit program

The reviewers of the audit program approve or reject the program after reviewing it.

Procedure

1. Open the required quality audit program.

2. Review the quality audit program.

3. Do one of the following:

To approve and release the quality audit plan to the next step, click Approve. To reject the quality audit plan, click Reject.

Note

All the assigned reviewers must approve the quality audit program.

If a quality audit under the quality audit program is not initially submitted to the workflow, it will be automatically submitted after the approval.
