Perform a root cause analysis

Create associated objects by using context menus

You can access commands in the context of a selected defect by right-clicking the defect to access the commands. Context menus provide quick access to various actions related to a defect, allowing users to navigate the tree structure efficiently without needing to search through multiple tabs or options. Depending on the selected defect in the Root Cause Analysis tree structure, the available commands are different. For example, if you right-click an Ishikawa cause, the context menu displays options to add a child Cause, Mark as Root Cause, 5 Why, Failure, Defective Item, Attachment, and Quality Action. However, if you right-click a Why question, the context menu displays different options for the same operation.
