Assign a responsible user

After creating a quality action, you can assign it to a user who will be responsible for its completion.

Note

The responsible user can be changed at any time by reassigning the quality action to a different user.

Procedure

1. Open the required quality action.

2. Choose More Commands

click Manage  > Assign Responsible User .

3. Select the required user and click Assign.

The responsible user receives an email notification. The responsible user also receives an alert. To view alerts, on the primary toolbar, click Alerts .
