Disable the risk calculation of a Problem Solving process

By default, you can use Teamcenter to calculate the risk of a Problem Solving process. The risk of a Problem Solving process is calculated as the product of Severity, Probability, and Detectability. If your organization does not use risk calculation, then set the CPA0_enable_risk_calculation preference to False. This hides these fields in the Risk Evaluation section of the Overview tab. After you set this preference, the quality engineers can specify only the Priority for the Problem Solving process.
