In Active Workspace 6.0, the FMEA data model was updated for quality action groups. When you upgrade from a Teamcenter 13.x version with Active Workspace 6.0, you must run the qfm0_migrate_quality_actions utility to ensure that all quality actions are correctly integrated into the new data model and organized within the appropriate quality action groups.
