Assign a checklist to a vendor

You can assign a checklist to a vendor and view all the issues that are assigned to a vendor.

Procedure

  1. Open the vendor and click the Quality Management tab.

  2. In the ASSESSMENT CHECKLIST section, click Add Quality Checklist .

The Quality Manager must create the checklists for you in the Quality Master Data library.

  1. In the Add Quality Checklist panel, search for and select the required checklist.

  2. Specify a state, comment, and responsible user as appropriate.

  3. Click Add.

The Quality Management tab displays a list of all the issues and checklists that are assigned to the vendor. To delete a checklist, select it and click Delete, and in the confirmation message, click Delete.
