    Copilot Quality for quality data suggestions

Teamcenter Copilot Quality is an Artificial Intelligence chat assistant that helps you generate suggestions for creating quality data. For example, when creating a finding in an audit, the chat assistant can recommend appropriate content for each field based on your context and historical data.

Procedure

  1. You can use the chat assistant to generate suggestions for creating new quality data or to update existing quality data. To do this, do one of the following:

    To generate suggestions for creating new quality data, open the required panel. For example, to create an FMEA, in the Explorer, open the Add panel and select FMEA. Similarly, to create a Problem Solving process, open the Create Change panel and select Problem Solving.

    To generate suggestions to update existing quality data, open the required quality data, and then open the relevant panel. For example, to add a System Element Representation to an FMEA, open the required FMEA, and add a child system element representation.

  2. Click Copilot .

  3. In the Copilot panel, select Quality. The chat assistant provides context-specific suggestions based on your current location in the quality application.Example To get audit summary suggestions for an audit, open the Overview tab. To get finding suggestions for an audit, open the Create Finding panel.

  4. Do one of the following:

                 Use natural language to type your prompt, and then
                     click Submit
                      or press
                         Enter to run the search.
                 If available for your quality data, click the generated
                         option.Note 
                         The chat assistant displays different suggested
                             options based on your
                             current
                             location in the quality application. For example,
                             when working with audits, you see Generate Relevant Findings while creating findings,
                             and you see Generate Audit
                                 Summary while working on an audit's detailed
                             summary.
    
  5. Select the most appropriate suggestion for your task and do one of the following:
    Click Insert to add the details in the open panel.
    Click Proceed to modify your previous selection or to enter your prompt in the chat assistant.

  6. After reviewing and modifying the generated content, continue by clicking the relevant button, for example, Add, Create, or Save.
