Managing a quality audit
Create the quality audit guideline
As an audit administrator, you can create quality audit guidelines to specify the options for audit team groups and audit norms available for users. For example, you can create a quality audit guideline object to specify the default audit team group, the associated vendors, and the audit norms while creating an internal audit object.
Procedure
- In the Launcher , click Explorer.
If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.
In the Contents section, click Add to .
In the Add panel, and select Quality Audit Guideline.
In the Quality Audit Type list, select the type of audit for which you are creating the guideline.
Enter a name and description for the guideline.
Click Add.
Open the quality audit guideline you created.
Choose More Commands
Edit Start Edit.
- In the Audit Team Group list, select the required group.
The audit team group that you select is the default group that is available when users specify the audit team while creating the audit object.
Select the Has Vendor check box to specify any vendors associated with the quality audit.
Select the required standards from the Industry Standards list. You can specify multiple Industry Standards.
The Industry Standards that you specify in the quality audit guideline object are available to users. They see them as options when specifying the industry standards while creating the audit object.
- Choose More Commands
Edit Save Edits.
