View the status of audit checklist in a spider chart

You can view a spider chart to examine the checklist status.

The chart is decided based on the fulfillment rate of the checklist, which is attached to the audit. The color of the spider chart reflects the RYG (red, yellow, green) ratings of the header checklist.

Procedure

1. Open the audit that contains the checklist.

2. Click the Chart tab.The spider chart displays the status of the quality audit checklist.

Note

If you have more than one checklist in the audit, by default the spider chart is displayed for the first checklist in the hierarchy. To display the chart for any other checklist, in the Select Quality Checklist drop-down, select the required checklist.

The chart is shown only based on the fulfillment rate of the first-level child in the hierarchy.
