Set up email notifications for quality actions

You must set up email notifications to ensure that responsible users receive automatic email notifications when quality actions are assigned to them.

Procedure

Set the following preferences:

Preference	Required Value
Mail_server_charset	ISO-8859-1​This is the default value.
Mail_OSMail_activated	true​This is the default value.
Mail_internal_mail_activated	true​The default value is false. You must change it to true.
Mail_server_name	Your organization's valid SMTP mail server name. For example, smtp.<yourcompany>.com.
Mail_server_port​	25This is the default value.
EPM_notify_url_format	activeworkspaceThe default value is dhtmlrich. You must change this value to activeworkspace.
ActiveWorkspaceHosting.URL	The base URL where Active Workspace is hosted. For example, http://:3000.
