Activate a reminder for a quality data

You can create reminders and trigger escalation workflows for any tasks that must be completed by a due date. By default, a reminder is set to false or inactive. To trigger notifications or emails that remind responsible users or owners of their upcoming tasks, you must activate the reminder.

Procedure

1. From Launcher , click Explorer.

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

2. Navigate to the required reminder, and click open .

3. Choose More Commands

Start Edit .

4. Select the Is Reminder Active check box.

5. Choose More Commands

Edit

Save Edits .
