Create an audit from an existing audit

As an audit planner, you can create an audit based on an existing audit.

Note

The checklist is not copied when a new audit is created from an audit.

Procedure

1. Open the audit that you want to use as a reference to create a new audit.

2. Choose More Commands > New > Save As .

3. In the Save As panel, specify the required properties.

4. Specify the required properties in Advanced Copy Options or retain the default values.

The available actions under Advanced Copy Options are:

Remove

Removes the property in the new audit.

Save As

Saves the same properties with reset values in the new audit.

Reference

Refers the properties as it is in the new audit

5. If you want to create a follow-up audit, select Create Follow-up Audit.

6. Click Save As.The new audit is created and saved.
