Approve the quality audit

After the quality audit is released, and the signoff team is specified, all participants receive a signoff task in their inbox. The participants then approve or reject the audit.

Procedure

1. Open the quality audit and review it.OROpen the task from your inbox, navigate to the audit object, and review it.

2. Click the Workflow tab.

3. In TASK TO PERFORM, enter your comments.

4. Do one of the following:

To approve the audit and send it to the execution step, click Approve. The audit object is then moved to the next step of the workflow, which is the Execute Audit step, where the auditor conducts interviews with the audit participants. OR

To reject the audit plan, click Reject. The audit is canceled or sent back to the draft step.
