Exclude questions from RYG rating evaluation

You can mark specific questions as not applicable to exclude them from the overall RYG rating calculation in a quality checklist.

Example

When auditing a facility that exclusively produces digital components, questions about physical packaging materials and shipping container specifications might not be relevant. Including these logistics-related questions in the RYG evaluation might provide an inaccurate quality assessment. By marking these questions as not applicable, you ensure that the facility's quality rating reflects their actual production processes.

In this procedure, the quality checklist is added to a quality audit.

Procedure

  1. Open the required quality audit.

  2. In the required quality checklist, select the questions you want to exclude from evaluation.

  3. Choose More commands

Manage  > Mark as Not Applicable .

  1. In Mark as Not Applicable , select the Not Applicable checkbox.

  2. Click Apply.

The selected questions are excluded from the RYG rating evaluation.
