Create an audit template

As an audit planner, you can create an audit template for the auditors. Audit templates are helpful when performing the same type of audits regularly.

Procedure

1. In the Launcher , click Explorer.

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

2. In Contents, click Add to .

3. For the Type list, choose Quality Audit.

4. Specify the required properties.

5. Select the Template check box.

6. Click Add.The audit template is created.You can create another audit template from this audit template, edit the audit template, and create an audit from the audit template. You can also schedule the audit template to reuse the audit with the same checklists and data.In the Where Used tab of the audit template, you can verify which audits are based on this specific template.
