View audit logs for modified quality audit

You can view audit logs to track all modifications made to a quality audit.

Procedure

1. Change the workspace to Default.

2. Navigate to the quality audit that you want to review.

3. Click Audit Logs tab. All modifications made to the quality audit, such as, user who made the modification or date and time of the modification, is displayed.

4. To view the details of a single log, click on the required audit log and open it.
