View the RYG rating, quality issues, and problem solving processes associated with the audit object

The red, yellow, green (RYG) ratings are used at the program, project, subproject, event, checklist, and question levels to indicate the status of the various criteria. To view the RYG ratings, you must associate an RYG rating to a checklist.

You can view the RYG rating, quality issues, and problem solving processes associated with the audit object.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the audit object and open it.

2. Select a checklist, or a question from the checklist.

3. Click the Quality tab.

The RYG rating, quality issues, and problem solving processes associated with the checklist or the selected question from the checklist are displayed. To export the quality issues and problem solving processes associated with the checklist or the question, click Export to Excel .
