Remove an attendee from a course offering

As a training coordinator, you can remove an attendee from an ongoing course offering if they are unable to complete a course due to scheduling conflicts, urgent work assignments, role changes, or other business priorities.

Note

  • You cannot remove an attendee after the course offering is closed.

  • You cannot remove an attendee after recording their course completion results.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the required course offering and open it.

  2. In the Attendees section of the Overview tab, select the attendee that you want to remove.

  3. Click Remove.

Results

The attendee is removed from the course offering and a notification is sent to the training coordinator.
