Enable automatic carry over of occurrence and detection values from the initial state actions to the revision state actions

The Fmea_Carryover_OD_From_Initial_Action preference lets you specify if the occurrence and detection values from the initial state actions are automatically carried over to the revision state actions.

When you set the Fmea_Carryover_OD_From_Initial_Action preference value to true, the occurrence and detection values of the initial state actions are automatically carried over to the revision state actions.

When you set the Fmea_Carryover_OD_From_Initial_Action preference value to false, the occurrence and detection values of the initial state actions are not carried over to the revision state actions, and the values are set to 10, which is the default value. Users can edit the values for the revision state actions as required.
