View the status of quality actions

The Quality Management workspace provides a centralized view of all quality actions and their current status. Monitor quality actions at different stages, from draft to completion. You can track overdue items, and view quality action templates.

Procedure

1. Select Quality Management workspace.

2. In the Launcher , click the Quality Actions. If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

3. In the Quality Actions page, you can view the reports for all the quality actions and their details in the following tabs according to their status:
   
   My Dashboard: View overall status reports and object counts for all quality actions. To view all the overdue quality actions add the overdue quality actions report.
   
   Draft: View quality actions in the initial creation phase that need review, completion, or additional information.
   
   In Progress: View quality actions that are currently active and being addressed by team members.
   
   Completed/Canceled: View quality actions that have been successfully completed or canceled with proper justification.
   
   Templates: View standardized quality action templates that are created or used as references for creating new quality actions.
   
   Calendar: View all quality actions organized chronologically by their due dates to track and manage deadlines effectively.
   
   Note Each tab filters the results by the quality action type. Use the Chart by list to further refine your view based on specific requirements.
