Reassign a quality action to a different responsible user

In some cases, as an assigned responsible user, you might want to reassign the quality action to a different user.

Procedure

1. Open the required quality action.

2. Choose More Commands

Manage  > Assign Responsible User.

3. Select the appropriate user and click Assign. The new responsible user receives an email notification. The new responsible user also receives an alert. To view alerts, on the primary toolbar, click Alerts . The existing responsible user also receives an email notification and an alert.
