Release or reject the quality audit

Once the quality audit is submitted for review through a workflow, the lead auditor reviews the audit and releases it or rejects it.

Procedure

1. Open the required quality audit and review the audit properties and other details.

2. Click the Workflow tab.

3. In the Task to Perform section, enter your comments in the Comments box.

4. Do one of the following:

To release the audit to the next step, click Ready for release. The audit object is then moved to the next step of the workflow, which is the Audit Review step, where the auditor specifies the workflow signoff team. OR

To reject the audit plan, click Reject. The audit is sent back to the draft step.
