Managing qualification profiles

Create a qualification profile

A qualification profile is used to track all scheduled qualifications to be completed by an assigned person or for equipment. You can specify the supervisor or manager who tracks the status and also specify the qualification period for completing the assigned qualifications.

Procedure

  1. In the Launcher , click the Explorer.

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

  1. Navigate to the folder where you want to create the qualification profile.

  2. Choose More Commands

New Add.

  1. In the Add panel, select Qualification Profile.

Note If Teamcenter Copilot Quality is available, you can prompt it to create suggestions for your quality data.

  1. In the Name box, type the name of the qualification profile.

  2. In the Description box, describe the qualification profile.

  3. Click Add.
