Approve or reject the audit

Once all the audit participants approve the signoff tasks, the audit moves to the Execute Audit step, where the lead auditor executes the audit.

Procedure

1. Open the audit object and review it.

2. Click the Workflow tab.

3. In the TASK TO PERFORM section, enter your comments.

4. Do one of the following:

        To approve the audit and execute it, click Approve.
        The lead auditors receive a task in their inbox. They execute the audit by conducting interviews with the audit participants and recording their answers and audit findings. After executing the audit, the lead auditors mark the task as completed.
        OR
      
      
        To reject the audit execution, click Reject.
        The audit is canceled or sent back to the draft step.
