Add issues to the quality checklist

You can add quality issues to a quality checklist track problems that need immediate attention or follow-up actions.

In this procedure, we have assumed that the quality checklist is added to an event.

Procedure

1. Open the program and click the Events tab.

2. Open the event, click the Quality tab.

3. Select the required checklist and click the Quality tab.

4. Choose More Commands > New > Create Change .

5. In the Create Change panel, select the Quality Issue from the list.

6. Specify the required properties, and click Create and Submit.

The issue is added to the quality checklist.
