Review the audit results with the team
The lead auditor reviews the audit results and findings with the audit team such as the audit planner and moderator. They discuss the audit questions and the answers and define the priority of the audit findings or reject certain findings.
Update the checklist questions based on the audit team's review
Procedure
Navigate to the audit object and open it.
Select the checklist that you want to assess.
Select the question that you want to update.
Click Edit .
Form the State list, select the required option.
This indicates the updated status of the risks or issues that are identified during the review of the audit results and findings.
- Click Save.
