Hide or show the columns in the formsheet

You can hide the columns in the formsheet view and show them as required.

Procedure

1. Open the Formsheet view.

2. Do one of the following:To hide a column in the formsheet

     Navigate to the column that you want to hide.
    
    
     In the column header, click Hide
      .
       
     A  next to the column header indicates that the column next to it is hidden.
   

To show a hidden column in the formsheet

     Navigate to the column that you want to show.
     A  next to the column header indicates that the column next to it is hidden.
       
    
    
     Click  and select the name of the column that you want to show.
       
     The hidden column is displayed.

To show or hide multiple columns in the formsheet

     Navigate to a hidden column and click .
    
    
     Select Column Chooser.
       
    
    
     In the Column Chooser box, specify the columns that you want to show or hide.
       
    
    
     Click Apply.
