Mark a qualification record as expired

You can end the validity of qualification records before their scheduled expiration date to maintain current training requirements.

Example

A production supervisor notices that one of the welding operators, while trained, is not following the updated safety protocols introduced for the equipment. To ensure adherence to safety standards and optimal equipment operation, the training coordinator marks the operator's qualification as expired. This ensures that the operator retakes the training.

Prerequisites

The

qualification record in the qualification profile must be completed

Procedure

1. In the Launcher , click the Explorer.
   If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

2. Open the required qualification profile.

3. Click the Qualifications tab.

4. Select the required qualification record.

5. Choose More Commands > Manage  > Submit to Workflow .

6. In the Submit to Workflow panel, from the Template list, select Manually Expire Qualification Record.

7. Click Submit.
