Assign a workflow to a quality audit guideline

As an audit administrator, you can assign the workflow to a quality audit guideline.

Prerequisites

You must create a quality audit guideline to assign a workflow to it.

Procedure

1. Open the required quality audit guideline.

2. Choose More Commands > click Manage > Assign QA Workflow.

3. In the Assign panel, select the required workflow and click Assign.The workflow is assigned to the quality audit guideline. When this quality audit guideline is added to the quality audit, the user can track the quality audit process.
