Reopen a course offering

As a training coordinator, you can reopen a closed course offering when the training content is updated or when a new version of the course offering is available. You can add new attendees, remove existing attendees, and make other necessary corrections after reopening the course.

Note

You cannot reopen a course offering that is canceled.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the course offering and open it.

2. Choose More Commands > Manage > Submit to Workflow .

3. In the Submit to Workflow panel, from the Template list, select Reopen Course Offering.

4. Specify the required properties.

5. Click Submit.

6. In the Task to Perform section, specify the reason for reopening the course offering.

7. Click Complete.

Results

When you reopen a course offering, the status of the course offering changes to Reopen.
