Configure the action priority

You can modify the action priority of a guideline to ensure corrective actions are effectively prioritized based on their severity, occurrence, and detection ratings.

Prerequisites

The risk estimation method must be set to

Procedure

1. Search for the required FMEA guideline and open it.

2. Click the Action Priority tab. The Action Priority table displays the severity, occurrence, detection, and action priority values.

3. To change the severity, occurrence, detection, and action priority values, double-click on the cell of the table that you want to modify.

Results

When you modify the out of the box FMEA guidelines, the existing configuration file is overwritten. There is no new configuration file created.
