Link a symptom defect to a defective item

If a defective item is related to a symptom defect, you can attach it. You can link only one defective item to a symptom defect.

Procedure

1. From Launcher, click Changes .

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

2. From the CHANGES folder, select and open the required issue.

3. Click the Symptom Description tab.

4. Select and open the symptom defect that you want to link to a defective item.

5. In the Defective Item section, click Add .

6. In the Add panel, search for and select the required defective item, and click Add.

7. If you want to change the linked defective item, you must replace the existing defective item with another one. Do the following:

Select the existing defective item and click Replace .

In the Add panel, search for and select the required defective item, and click Add.
