Assign due dates to objects in a quality checklist

You can set due dates for quality checklist objects to track and manage assigned tasks in your calendar. You can assign due dates to checklists, chapters, questions, and subquestions.

In this procedure, the quality checklist is added to a quality audit.

Prerequisites

The quality checklist must be assigned to a quality engineer before setting due dates for calendar tracking.

Procedure

1. Open the required quality audit, and select the required quality checklist.

2. Select the required quality checklist objects.

Note You can select either a set of questions or a set of sub-questions at one time. You cannot select a combination of questions and sub-questions.

3. Choose More Commands

4. In the Overview tab, specify the due date and time in Due Date field.

5. Choose More Commands

Edit

Save Edits .

Results

The assigned quality engineer can now view the quality checklist in their calendar.
