Set answer possibilities and evaluation rules for a quality checklist

template

You can configure the answer options and the rating values for a quality checklist template.

The evaluation of the rating rules depends on the Assessment Required property. If it is set to true, you can add rules for the child objects of the quality checklist template, and the rating of the quality checklist template is calculated based on the answers provided for all the child objects in the quality checklist template. If the Assessment Required property is set to false, the rating of the quality checklist template is calculated based on the rating of the intermediate levels such as the checklist, chapter, or questions in the quality checklist template.

Along with the evaluation rules, you can add other parameters to be considered while calculating the rating. To do this, you can configure the AWC_Qc0RatingRuleEvaluationProperties preference to specify the properties available in the additional parameters that can be used to set the evaluation rules to calculate the rating of the quality checklist template.

These additional parameters work in conjunction with the Assessment Required property.

If the Assessment Required property is set to true, and you add any additional parameters, the additional parameters are matched on that object only. But if the Assessment Required property is set to false, the additional parameters are matched with the children of that object.

Prerequisites

You must add a rating rule for the quality checklist template.

Procedure

1. In the Launcher , click the Quality Master Data.

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

2. Click the Checklists tab and select the quality checklist template in which you want to add the answer possibilities and evaluation rules.

3. Click the Rules tab.

4. In the Answer Configuration table, click Add .

5. In the Add panel, select or type the required Answer Option and type the required Value.

6. Click Add.

The new answer option is created.

7. Repeat steps 4 through step 6 to add more answer options.

8. In the Evaluation Rules table, click Add .

Note The Add button only appears when answer options are added.

9. In the Add panel, select the required Rating and Answer.

10. Click Add.

The new evaluation rule is created.

11. Repeat steps 8 through step 10 to add more evaluation rules.
