Managing a quality audit

Create the finding guideline

Audit administrators can create finding guidelines to specify the rules for creating actions for the findings and the audit norms available for users. For example, audit administrators can create a finding guideline specifying that the creation of audit findings is optional for specific audit norms and quality audit guideline objects.

Procedure

  1. In the Launcher , click Explorer.

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

  1. In the Contents section, click Add to .

  2. In the Add panel, select Finding Guideline.

  3. Specify the Name for the finding guideline.

  4. In the Action Creation Required list, select the options for creating actions for the findings.

  5. From the Audit Guidelines list, select the required quality audit guidelines.

Note

You can select multiple quality audit guidelines.

The rules for creation of actions are applicable to the selected quality audit guidelines.

  1. In the Industry Standards list, select the required options.

Note

You can specify multiple Industry Standards

The Industry Standards that you specify in the finding guideline object are available as options when users specify the industry standards while creating the audit object.

  1. Click Add.
