Prevent adding external users information in a quality action

By default, users can add external users information such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. To prevent users from adding external users information, set the AWC_Qam0EnableExternalUser preference to false.

Procedure

1. From Launcher , click Preferences.

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

2. In the Search box, type AWC_Qam0EnableExternalUser.

3. Click Edit .

4. In the Values section, type false.

5. Click Save .
