Configure reminders and escalations for qualification records

Qualification records track the training status of employees and resources. Users can create reminders to receive notifications when qualification records approach their expiration dates so that trainees complete their requalifications on time.

Before users can create and use reminders for qualification records, you must configure the reminder and start the a service to trigger reminders.
