Create a new audit template from an existing audit template

As an audit planner, you can save an existing audit template to create a new audit template. The new audit template retains the properties of the existing audit template, such as copying the checklist structure while resetting the rating values.

Procedure

1. Open the audit template that the new audit template must be based on.

2. Choose More Commands > New > Save As .

3. In the Save As panel, specify the required properties.

4. Specify the required properties in Advanced Copy Options or retain the default values.

The available actions under Advanced Copy Options are as follows:

Remove

Removes the property in the new audit template.

Save As

Saves the same properties with reset values in the new audit template.

Reference

Carries over the properties to the new audit template.

5. Click Save As.The new audit template is created and saved.
