Create and add new system element representations to the process flow chart

You can create and add new system element representations in an existing process flow chart. When you create system element representations in the process flow chart, they are displayed in the FMEA tree structure and the process flow chart.

Procedure

1. In the Process Flow Chart tab, click Add .

2. In the Add panel, specify the Name and Description.

3. Click Add.

Note The default type of the system element representation that you create in the Process Flow Chart tab is set to Process. You can edit the type and change it to Design. After modifying, the design type of system element representation is removed from the process flow chart. However, it is retained in the FMEA tree structure.
